    We accept private payment at this time. We accept cash, credit cards that will be processed through our client portal, and you can use your HSA/FSA.

    We can provide a superbill, on request, if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurer.

    Payment will be due at time of service.

  • I live outside of Cleveland, TN, can I still receive services?

    At this time our therapist will travel within Cleveland, TN and surrounding areas. We can discuss your preferred location during a phone consultation.

    We also provide teletherapy services anywhere in Tennessee. You will need a stable internet connection with audio and visual capabilities.

  • How long will services last or how many sessions will I need?

    During our consultation or evaluation we will determine what’s the most appropriate for your child and situation. This will be individualized to best meet your child’s needs. A good faith estimate will be provided for private pay clients.

  • Do you offer group services?

    This can be discussed and determined during your consultation or evaluation, it will depend on need, location, and availability.

  • Do you offer community-based services?

    Yes, we can arrange community-based options upon request and availability in your area.

  • Do I have to have an evaluation before services?

    No, we will gladly accept recent evaluations from other professionals given they provide sufficient information and then we will do informal measures during our first session. We will also take a student’s current IEP to supplement those services if desired.

  • I just want summer services, can I be seen?

    Absolutely! If you already have a evaluation or school IEP, we can use these to support your child’s communication goals over the extended break.
